A3 Noodles is predominantly a trade supplier. Our customers are working kitchens: independent restaurants, hospitality groups running multiple venues, national restaurant franchises, and the wholesalers and distributors who service them.
Many of our longest-standing customers run Chinese, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese kitchens – our range is built around what those menus actually use.

This website deliberately keeps things simple — no prices, no order forms. Every kitchen is different, so supply starts with a conversation about you: what you cook, the formats you go through, and where you are.
